The Redados & Sound Coaching "Supercharger" Turbo Training Class

Sound Coaching and the Rock band Redados are hosting the 2nd Turbo training class with their own live rock music
specifically adapted to cycling. You will be entertained by the band whilst they put you through your paces, with the
cycling intervals being put together for you by nick de meyer, level 3 british triathlon performance coach, training
bible master coach, and spinning instructor and roland townson, ironman triathlete, and drummer. You will experience
cycling with a great atmosphere including strobe and disco lights, a cycling video compilation to keep you motivated,

hour in one go!

Tuesday 1st March Rock Turbo Class Gallery

For our 2nd class we're aiming for 50 plus cyclists all in club colours, in their own groups, and the band will set you
against one another for a series of sprints, short time trials, breakaways and chase downs, and a lead out!!! will the
cyclists beat the band? will SLH beat RG Active and East Grinstead Tri club, and Addiscombe cc?

Another entertaining night had by all. For anyone who wishes to hear some of the songs we may
play we have some songs uploaded to our myspace site www.myspace.com/redados that people can have a listen to.

The class if free of charge, although if you would like to give some spare change to the charity Cardiac Risk in the
Young we will have collection boxes and information on the night regarding cardiac screening for at athletes

General Information on Cardiac Screening

There is a simple way to diagnose most cardiac abnormalities. This is by having an ECG (electrocardiogram) test.

Results should be read by a cardiologist. For extra clarity an Echocardiogram (ultrasound scan - right) can also be

done.

If there has been a young (under 35) sudden death in the family, the family is entitled to be screened on the NHS.

Click here if you or anyone in your family (aged 14 to 35) would like to be screened

CRY offers subsidised ECG and Echocardiogram screening to all young people

between the ages of 14 and 35.
